Chapter 479: What Have You Given Hao? (Part 4) Fang Xinxin sighed. “Don’t do this again.”
“I promise I won’t. If this happens again, my entire family will experience pain that is worse than death itself!” Due to the urgency of the matter, Liu Ping made a heavy vow without thinking twice.
“I’ll let you off this time. I’ll talk to Bai Qinghao.” Fang Xinxin ended the call with those words.
She then dialled Zhao Cheng’s number to ask. “Butler Zhao, have you found the person responsible for the post?”
“I have. It is a student from your university named Liu Ping, from Year 2, Class 4. This subordinate has already sent the servants to carry out Young Master’s orders.”
“Don’t touch her. We’ll leave this matter be.”
“But...”
“I’ll speak to Bai Qinghao about this.” Fang Xinxin disconnected the call afterwards.
Bai Qinghao lifted his brows. As he glanced at Fang Xinxin, a hint of displeasure flashed past his eyes. “I’m doing this for your sake.”
“I know.” She nodded. “I’m very moved.”
“No one is allowed to hurt you!” His expression was ruthless. “Zhao Cheng will carry out the issued order.”
She shifted on his lap to face him. “Bai Qinghao, listen to me...”
After having experienced one life, she no longer had much sympathy to spare. “I’m not being soft-hearted. But everything Liu Ping wrote on the forum are facts that the majority of the public are aware of. She did not make up any lies. There is a significant group of people who think similarly but haven’t expressed their thoughts. The only difference between them and her is that she was rash enough to write her thoughts down. If everyone wasn’t similarly angry, a small post like this wouldn’t have rushed up to being the hottest forum post in Jing Hua University. I feel that she hasn’t done anything wrong.”
Bai Qinghao’s expression was frighteningly cold as he remained silent.
She held his large hand with her small ones and tugged at them pleadingly. “Bai Qinghao, please let her off. I’m begging you!”
“You’re begging me for the sake of an unrelated stranger?” His gaze was filled with displeasure.
She leaned closer to his ear and softly negotiated. “If you let her off, I’ll compensate you well tonight, hmm?”
The sensation of her small hands against his made it hard for him to refuse her. But his tone carried a hint of dissatisfaction. “Only tonight?”
“How long do you want it for, then?” She frowned.
“A week.”
“No problem.” She immediately agreed.
He pressed his palm against her back and forced her closer to him as he said ruthlessly, “Fang Xinxin, you better think carefully about this. I won’t be merciful for the upcoming week.”
She stared at him with some fear... and swallowed heavily. “Great idol, you have to be merciful. At least leave me alive.”
Bai Qinghao watched her sharply and his lips twitched upwards into a ruthless smile.
This was how wonderful she was. He wasn’t someone whose heart would soften!
After Fang Xinxin pleaded with him to message Butler Zhao to undo the earlier instructions, she brought her phone out and directed her attention back to Jing Hua University’s forum.
She used her phone and logged into her account registered under her name. As she took in the long forum post which she had no way of refuting, she began to type:
[The original post only listed five items. I’ll add on to it.
Six, my father is currently in a coma and is admitted to Jia Ya Hospital, a hospital belonging to Bai Qinghao’s company, Sheng Shi Group. He is assigned to the VIP ward and his entire hospital fee is free-of-charge.
Seven, when Bai Qinghao brought me to ‘Imperial Capital’ for a meal, he spent over forty thousand dollars on the bill.]
